About me
I'm Stephie a mexican systemic psychotherapist specializing in couples therapy and Sexuality. Passionate about studying and observing human consciousness, I guide self-discovery processes through individual, family, and couples psychotherapy. I also lead workshops on Mental health, Sexual & Menstrual Education and Mindfulness.
My spiritual journey has led me to learn and experience about Buddhism psycholgy and Practices, Soundhealing, and other spiritual disciplines. Currently, I'm training in p$ychedelic-assisted therapy and transpersonal therapy in Switzerland, crafting my reality through the transformation of consciousness.
