About me
I'm Stephie a mexican systemic psychotherapist specializing in couples therapy and Sexuality. Passionate about studying and observing human consciousness.
I guide self-discovery processes through individual, family, and couples psychotherapy. I also lead workshops on Mental health, Sexual & Menstrual Education and Mindfulness.
My spiritual journey has led me to learn and experience about Buddhism psycholgy , Soundhealing, and other spiritual disciplines. Currently, I'm training in p$ychedelic-assisted therapy and transpersonal therapy in Switzerland, crafting my reality through the transformation of consciousness.

Apasionada del estudio y observación de la consciencia humana acompaña procesos de autoconocimiento a través de psicoterapia individual, familiar y de pareja. Imparto talleres de educación sexual, menstrual y placer femenino. Mi camino espiritual la ha llevado a practicar y aprender acerca del budismo, Soundhealing y otras practicas espirituales. Actualmente estudio una formación en terapia asistida con psicodélicos y terapia transpersonal en Suiza, creando su realidad a la transformación de su consciencia.
